Painting and Soundbath Experience

A painting and soundbath workshop at Toman on Monday evening, October 12, from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, designed as a reflective way to honor a loved one. Participants paint a photo frame while sound healer Gaby Godinez, LSW, guides a soothing soundbath meant to support remembrance. Attendees can also contribute a picture of their relative to the Toman Community Altar. The program is open to teens ages 13 to 19 and adults; registration is required and space is limited.
