Origami Dogs
An origami workshop at Rogers Park on Saturday, September 13 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM, timed to National Service Dog Month. Participants learn to fold several styles of paper dogs while picking up the usual origami side benefits — focus, fine motor skills, a bit of STEAM, and the meditative calm of folding paper. The session is aimed at ages 6 and up, and beginners are as welcome as experienced folders. Registration is required through the Chicago Public Library system; note the library's policy on kids under 13 means an adult email address is needed to register.
