A talk by Jeff Kruse, Director of Operations for Edgar Miller Legacy, on the life of the prolific Near North Side artist and the making of the newly published graphic novel *A Total Work of Art*. The presentation, appropriate for teens and up, digs into the questions that shaped Miller’s career—what art is for and why we feel compelled to make it—with a behind-the-scenes look at how the illustrated biography came together. It takes place Sunday, November 8, from 2:00 to 3:00 PM in the Near North neighborhood. Registration is active, and accessibility accommodations are available by request.
