Noon Year's Eve Party

A daytime countdown for families whose young children won't make it to midnight. The Noon Year's Eve Party at Vodak-East Side on Thursday, December 31, from 11 AM to noon features games, crafts, and a balloon drop at 12 PM sharp. It's designed for kids and their grown-ups to ring in the new year on a schedule everybody can handle.
