Nature Oasis: Community Bonfire at Winnemac

The Nature Oasis Community Bonfire Series transforms a corner of Winnemac Park into a low-key gathering spot after dark this fall. On Thursday, October 29, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, neighbors are invited to sit by the fire, meet the people who live nearby, and learn a little about local wildlife. The organizers offer roasting sticks but note they cannot yet provide marshmallows, so bring your own if you want to toast something. Arrive within the first 15 minutes for a short, hands-on lesson on campfire building.
