Nahui Ollin Aztec Dance at West Lawn

Nahui Ollin brings Aztec dance and ceremony to West Lawn Park on Thursday evening, October 8, from 6:15 to 7:15 PM. The Chicago-based ensemble performs Indigenous Conchero dance, live percussion, ceremonial songs, and bilingual storytelling in English and Spanish. Dancers wear traditional regalia, and the program invites the audience to join in through movement and rhythm. This family-friendly collaboration with Son Monarcas and NOITP offers a direct connection to living Mesoamerican traditions in a neighborhood park setting. Free and open to all.
