Nahui Ollin Aztec Dance at West Lawn

Nahui Ollin Aztec Dance brings a living Mesoamerican tradition to West Lawn Park on Thursday evening, October 8, from 6:15 to 7:15 PM. The Chicago-based ensemble performs Indigenous Aztec and Conchero dance in traditional regalia, accompanied by live percussion, ceremonial songs, and bilingual storytelling in English and Spanish. The program invites audiences to join in through movement and rhythm, making for a participatory, family-friendly evening that connects Chicago neighborhoods with Indigenous culture and history.
