Nahui Ollin Aztec Dance at West Lawn

Nahui Ollin – Aztec Dance brings a family-friendly performance rooted in Mesoamerican tradition to West Lawn Park on Thursday, October 1, from 6:15 to 7:15 PM. This Chicago-based ensemble presents Indigenous Aztec/Conchero dance, live percussion, ceremonial songs, and storytelling in both English and Spanish, with dancers in traditional regalia. The program invites audience participation through movement and rhythm, offering a chance to connect with Indigenous culture and history in a celebratory, educational setting. Presented in collaboration with Son Monarcas and NOITP.
