Music Teachers of Hyde Park Artist Series: Romance in Black Part 2

The Music Teachers of Hyde Park continue their monthly Artist Series at the Blackstone branch with a program centered on Harry T. Burleigh's "Southland Sketches." Violinist Anokyewaa Oppong Wadie and pianist Dhilanthi Fernando perform the works on Sunday, November 15, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. Light refreshments follow the concert, with a chance to talk with the musicians. The library asks that accessibility requests — including sign language interpretation — be made at least 14 business days ahead by calling (312) 747-8184 or emailing access@chipublib.org.
