Music and Dance Around the Mediterranean at Kenwood

Music and Dance Around the Mediterranean brings a rotating lineup of folk traditions from Greece, Italy, Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon, and beyond to Kenwood Community Park on Wednesday, August 12, from 6:30 to 7:30 PM. The program includes traditional dances, clarinet melodies, percussion and guitar rhythms, and songs sung in Arabic and other regional languages. Attendees can join in learning a folk dance or simply watch from a blanket.
