The Loop provides a public art cornucopia that brings locals and travelers close together as they make their way to the Picasso, Cloud Gate, and other monumental works that define the area’s cultural landscape. But what of other lesser-known works? On this tour, author and urbanologist Max Grinnell will take visitors around the Loop as we talk about how public art has changed to reflect different sensibilities about art in the public realm.
Please Note: This tour will leave from Harold Washington Library Center's Popular Library.
