Montrose Beach Dunes Family Tour with Leslie Borns

A guided tour of the Montrose Beach Dunes natural area with Leslie Borns, the former 24-year steward who led the restoration of this state-designated plant and bird sanctuary. The Tuesday, August 11, walk runs from 3:00 to 4:00 PM and is designed for families with kids ages 6 and up. The group meets at the north end of the Montrose Beach House, near the locker room building next to The Dock restaurant. Bring water, a hat, comfortable clothes, and binoculars if you have them. Registration is required by the start of the event; a parent or guardian’s email address must be used to register for participants under 13.
