
Meet Your Neighborhood Trees
Join a local TreeKeeper to learn about the trees in Welles Park. Participants will learn about the multiple ways trees can be identified and will be able to identify several common Chicago street trees after the walk.
Openlands TreeKeepers are a group of volunteer urban forest stewards that advocate for the overall health and care of trees in the Chicago Region. The Urban Forestry Programming at Sulzer Library is proudly supported and funded by Openlands .
