Medicare 101 is a free educational seminar for anyone trying to make sense of their coverage options. Mike Salvaggio from PMB Senior Services walks through what Medicare does and doesn't cover, potential out-of-pocket costs, and the differences between Medicare Supplements, Advantage Plans, and Part D prescription coverage, along with cost-saving strategies for the years ahead. It takes place Wednesday, November 4, from 2:00 to 3:00 PM at Albany Park. The library can arrange sign language interpretation or other accessibility assistance with at least 14 business days' notice by calling (312) 747-8184 or emailing access@chipublib.org.
