Make and Take Crafternoon: Halloween Celebration

A low-key, hands-on Halloween afternoon at the South Chicago branch, where kids ages 3 to 13 can make themed crafts to take home. A festive treat is included for participants and their guardians. The event runs Saturday, October 31, from noon to 1:30 PM.
