Lunch and Chill

Lunch and Chill offers a free midweek meal and low-key entertainment for kids and teens at South Shore on Wednesday, August 19, from 12:30 to 2:00 PM. Lunches come from the Greater Chicago Food Depository while supplies last, with games, a movie, or hands-on activities on the side. The program is open to ages 0 to 18. Daycares should give two weeks' notice to guarantee enough food, and individuals planning to attend only the activity portion are asked to call 48 hours ahead.
