Luminary L.Connect: Provenance Research

Luminary members at the Silver level and above get a close look at how museum professionals trace an artwork's ownership history. Curator Jonathan Tavares and Jacques Schuhmacher, executive director of Provenance Research, lead this deep dive into the layered histories of two European objects at the Ryerson and Burnham Libraries on Saturday, October 17, from 10:00 to 11:15 AM. Guests observe the pieces up close and in the round. Capacity is limited to two tickets per household, and registered guests receive entry instructions ahead of time.
