Local History Zine Making Workshop with CPL Archives and Special Collections

Join Library of Congress Innovator in Residence Vivian Li and CPL archives staff for a zine-making workshop at the Harold Washington Library Center on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Participants learn to research neighborhood history using Chicago Public Library special collections and transform findings into handmade zines. Space is limited to 25 attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. Free and open to ages 6 and up.
