Listos para el museo: Pinta tu Trajinera

Families with children ages 6 and younger can decorate wooden boats with paint markers and air-dry clay at the National Museum of Mexican Art, inspired by the colorful trajineras of Xochimilco and the museum’s own exhibition *Xochicago: Floating Gardens of the Chicago River and México*. The workshop takes place Saturday, September 19, and ties a simple hands-on craft to a deeper look at Mexican canal-boat culture. Pre-registration is $20.
