Let's Go Fishing

Meet staff from the West Belmont Branch at Schiller Woods on Wednesday, August 5, from 10:30 AM to noon for a fishing session through the Chicago Urban Fishing Program. Fishing poles, bait, and instruction are provided — everyone can catch a fish and then release it. The group meets by the Schiller Pond sign in Schiller Woods East, just northeast of picnic grove #12. Registration is required by 10:30 AM the day before; note that a parent or guardian’s email must be used to register children under 13.
