Legler Maker Lab Open Shop

The Legler Maker Lab opens its workshop doors Wednesday afternoon, September 2, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM for anyone with a project in mind — or just curiosity about what the equipment can do. You can get a software overview, ask about your own project, watch what others are making, or use a laser cutter, electronic cutter, 3D printer, sewing machine, and hot glue guns. No registration required, but the library notes that staffing shortages can cut hours short, so calling 312-746-7730 the day of is a good idea if you're traveling from far.
