Learn to Play Chess

Learn to Play Chess at Wrightwood-Ashburn is a recurring monthly open-play session, not a one-off workshop. On Monday, December 7, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, facilitator Mr. Ron Carter is on hand to help beginners learn the game and to offer sharper players a chance to practice. All ages and skill levels are welcome, and the library asks that anyone needing sign language interpretation or other accessibility accommodations make the request at least 14 business days ahead by calling (312) 747-8184 or emailing access@chipublib.org.
