Lap swim at Shabbona Park offers two daily windows for adults: midday from 12:30 to 2:30 PM and early evening from 6:15 to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, plus a notably early Saturday session from 3:45 to 4:45 AM. The program runs from August 3 to September 11, 2026, with no session on Labor Day, September 7. Open to adults.
