Lake View Explorer's Club: Read to the Animals

Let's learn about and explore our neighborhood of Lake View! This week, we'll visit the Lincoln Park Zoo, read to the farm animals, and get a behind-the-scenes Farm Tour.

For children ages 8 to 13 years. Younger/older siblings are welcome come and visit the zoo, but only registered participants will be allowed to read to the animals and go on the Farm Tour. All children must be accompanied by and adult.

How to Attend

Please reserve one spot for each child when you register. Do not include adults in the number of attendees.
Parking will be free for participating families. Details on where to meet will be provided to participants in a confirmation email the day before the event.

Registration closes 24 hours prior to each program. Chicago Public Library cannot collect personal information online from kids 0 to 13. A parent or guardian’s email address must be used to register. As a reminder, school email addresses may block external emails such as those from CPL.
