Kids' Sewing Craft

A sewing workshop for kids ages 3 to 13, held Wednesday, October 21, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM at the Back of the Yards. Participants learn machine-sewing basics with a pre-sewn project provided by the librarian, then finish it by hand sewing with kid-safe needles. All materials are supplied, though bringing clothing or fabric from home is welcome. The program accommodates all skill levels and ends with a finished craft to take home.
