Kids' Sewing Craft

A sewing workshop for kids ages 3 to 13 at Back of the Yards on Wednesday, September 2, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM. Participants learn the basics of machine sewing and can bring clothing or materials from home, or use what's provided. A librarian pre-sews a project on the machine, and kids finish it by hand with kid-friendly needles. All levels welcome, and everyone takes home their completed craft. Sign language interpretation and other accessibility requests require 14 business days' notice.
