Kids ages 6 to 13 can make scratch-art ornaments at the Avalon branch on Tuesday, December 8, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM — a low-key afternoon craft project for the holiday season. The library requests at least 14 business days' notice for sign language interpretation or other accessibility accommodations; call (312) 747-8184 or email access@chipublib.org.
