Kick Off Spooky Season with Forbidden Newberry

The Newberry Library kicks off Halloween season with two evenings of after-hours access on Friday and Saturday, October 2 and 3, from 5:30 to 8:30 PM. Part of the Forbidden Newberry series, the event opens the library’s collections and building in a way that leans into the darker side of its archives. Expect a quieter, grownup alternative to the standard haunted house circuit.
