Whether it’s adventurers leading a fight against a horde of undead or grabbing the rare Sun Blade from a dragon’s treasury, a game of Dungeons and Dragons requires a Dungeon Master to create the world and adventure and players to interact with it, shaping the story as they go. DMing for Beginners gives you a peek behind the DM screen, helping you plan out what you need to start running adventures with your friends. We’ll cover topics from world-building to improvisation to finding players, equipping you for the role of guide throughout your world.

Leading this will be (He/Him), a Dungeon Master with over a decade of experience running and playing tabletop roleplaying games in systems such as Dungeons and Dragons, Numenera, Pathfinder, Powered by the Apocalypse, and more. Whether the game is online or in person, being run for 1 person or as big as 8, he has a wealth of tips and tricks he’s happy to share.
