Introduction to Bookbinding

Regin Igloria, a visual artist who has led Community Binding workshops since 2010, teaches bookbinding techniques in a collaborative setting at North Pulaski on Tuesday, August 25, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. The workshop covers hand-sewn pamphlets and zines, incorporates prompts to build content within the books, and provides instructional handouts and samples. Participants leave with several book variations they've made and contribute to an ongoing community archiving project. Registration is required; sign language interpretation or other accessibility accommodations must be requested at least 14 business days in advance.
