Intro to Solo Kayaking at Northerly Island

Join a guided program at Northerly Island Park on Monday, August 10, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM to learn solo kayaking basics. Explore the lagoon with prairie and wetland wildlife and skyline views, with all equipment included for $35. Dress in comfortable, quick-drying clothing, bring water and sunscreen, and arrive 10 minutes early. Youth under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
