Intro to Solo Kayaking at Northerly Island

Learn the basics of solo kayaking on the Northerly Island Park Lagoon, with prairie, wetland wildlife, and skyline views. This Thursday, July 30, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM, participants ages 8 and up can paddle with all equipment included for $35. Dress to get wet, bring water and sunscreen, and arrive 10 minutes early. Youth under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
