Humboldt Park Fishing Clinic
Join staff from the Humboldt Park Branch and the Illinois Department of Natural Resources for a hands-on, mentored fishing clinic at the Humboldt Park Lagoon. No equipment, license or experience required! IDNR instructors will cover the basics of hook and bobber fishing, casting and handling fish.
This is an off-site program, located at the Humboldt Park Fishing Area at the Humboldt Park Lagoon.
For adults and families with children 6 and up. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
How to Attend
Register by the start of the event. Chicago Public Library cannot collect personal information online from kids 0 to 13. A parent or guardian’s email address must be used to register. As a reminder, school email addresses may block external emails such as those from CPL.
