Hoop Dancing with Starr Chief Eagle at Douglass

Starr Chief Eagle presents an interactive exploration of Lakota culture at Douglass (Anna and Frederick) Park on Friday, November 6, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. She performs the tradition of Hoop Dancing using up to 22 hoops to create designs and tell stories. Hands-on activities are available upon request with audience volunteers. Admission is free.
