Halloween Temporary Tattoos

The West Lawn branch hosts a Halloween temporary tattoo session for teens and tweens 11 to 18 on Tuesday, October 27, from 4:00 to 5:30 PM. Participants can pick from a large selection of Halloween-themed designs, from cute to creepy, or use henna and stencils to create their own. Registration is required by the start of the event; a parent or guardian’s email address must be used for anyone under 13.
