Halloween Makeup

In this hands-on workshop, makeup artist Estefania teaches participants how to apply their own Halloween makeup for a scary and fun look. The session takes place at Rogers Park on Wednesday, October 14, from 5:00 to 6:00 PM, and is open to teens and preteens ages 10 to 18. Registration is required by the start of the event; note that a parent or guardian’s email must be used for anyone under 13, and the library asks that you include the total number of children and adults attending. This is a Chicago Public Library program, so sign up early given limited space.
