Halloween Green Screen Portraits

On Halloween, the West Belmont library sets up a green screen for costume portraits. Kids, teens, and families come in costume, get their picture taken against a digital background, and receive the image by email. The setup runs Saturday, October 31, from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Accessibility accommodations are available with two weeks' notice.
