Halloween Costume Parade

The Sulzer Regional Library hosts a low-key Halloween costume parade for the youngest set, aimed at kids 0 to 5 with a caregiver. The parade steps off at 10:05 AM on Thursday, October 29, with a little trick-or-treating included. It’s a short, contained morning activity — the whole thing runs from 10 to 11 AM — and a reasonable option for toddlers who aren’t ready for a full evening of Halloween. Sign language interpretation and other accessibility accommodations are available with a 14-business-day advance request.
