Halloween Bash at LeClaire-Hearst

LeClaire-Hearst Park hosts a Halloween party for tweens on Friday, October 30, from noon to 3 PM. The afternoon includes costume wearing, games, arts and crafts, a piñata, music, and a dance party. The free programming is aimed at children ages 8 to 13.
