Grab and Go: Spice Club Kit (Basil)

A free take-home spice kit from the Kelly Branch, available for pickup at the Adult Reference Desk on Thursday, October 22, from noon to 8 PM. Each kit includes a sample of basil, recipes, and background on the spice’s cultural and historical uses, plus a list of related library resources to check out. Kits are limited to one per person and available throughout October during library hours while supplies last. Note that kits may contain allergens; accessibility accommodations can be arranged by calling (312) 747-8184 or emailing access@chipublib.org at least 14 business days in advance.
