Grab and Go: Chicago Spices

Chicago’s iconic dishes are full of bold flavors, many of which come from classic herbs and spices. With this grab and go kit explore the seasonings behind some of the city’s most beloved foods—hot dogs, deep-dish pizza, Italian beef, giardiniera, and more. Visit Douglass Adult Reference Desk for a special Chicago Spices kit to take home. Each kit will include sample spices, as well as recipes. Kits may contain allergies.
