Golden Age Club

The West Englewood Golden Age Club hosts a weekly social gathering for adults over 55 on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Participants learn new games, make handcrafts, and discuss healthy living topics. This session covers high blood pressure causes and reduction, followed by a free blood pressure screening and a guided chair yoga session at 2:00 PM. The event is free and open to the public at West Englewood.
