Friends of Budlong Woods Library Book Sale

The Friends of the Budlong Woods Library hosts its fall book sale on Saturday, November 7, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with holiday bargains and winter reading for all ages. The sale includes fiction and nonfiction for kids and adults, plus puzzles, games, and DVDs, with proceeds supporting the Budlong Woods branch's materials and programming. Donations of clean, gently used items are accepted through November 6, though the library asks that you skip textbooks, materials in poor condition, and legal, medical, or travel books more than three years old. Call the branch at (312) 742-9590 with questions; accessibility requests need 14 business days' notice.
