Fitness and Nutrition (Special Rec) at Mann

A weekly fitness and nutrition instruction program at Mann (James) Park, meeting Mondays from 3:00 to 4:00 PM from September 14 through December 7, 2026, with no sessions on October 26 or November 23. Open to all ages.
