Film Screening: Haunted Mansion (2023)

The 2023 Disney remake of *Haunted Mansion* gets a free afternoon screening at Woodson Regional, part of the library system’s Community Cinema series that brings theatrical releases to branches across Chicago. The film follows mother-son duo Gabbie and Travis as they recruit a priest, a paranormal tour guide, and a psychic to clear the mansion’s resident ghosts — a task complicated by the Hatbox Ghost. The 122-minute PG-13 feature runs Wednesday, October 21, from 1:30 to 4:00 PM. English subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing will be provided.
