Film Screening: Abigail (2024)

At South Shore, the library hosts a free screening of *Abigail* (2024), the horror thriller about a group of kidnappers who snatch a 12-year-old ballerina for a $50 million ransom, only to realize they are trapped in an isolated mansion with something far less normal. The 90-minute film, rated R, screens on Tuesday, October 6, from 4:30 to 6:00 PM. English subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing will be available. It’s part of the citywide Community Cinema series, which brings hundreds of screenings to libraries across Chicago.
