Fiesta Mexicana: Interactive Family Show at Throop

Sones de Mexico Ensemble brings its interactive family concert "Fiesta Mexicana" to Throop Park on Saturday evening, August 15, at 6:30 PM. The performance weaves together stories and music from Mexico's regions, following characters including a crawfish, a cowboy mouse, and a 100-year-old woman through a folk version of "La Bamba" and tales from the Huasteca region. The hour-long show is designed for all ages, with plenty of opportunities to sing, clap, and dance along. Free and outdoors.
