Feed the West Side at La Follette

The John Walt Foundation holds its 7th Annual Feed the Westside Back-to-School Event at La Follette Park on Saturday, August 8, from noon to 4 PM. The afternoon provides 500 students with free backpacks and school supplies, plus groceries, fresh produce, haircuts, hair braiding, and vision screenings. Families can also grab free meals and enjoy sports, giant lawn games, a live DJ, and a performance. The event runs until supplies last.
