Family Yoga with Cindy Huston

Family Yoga with Cindy Huston meets Thursday evening, September 17, from 6:30 to 7:30 PM at the Uptown branch. Designed for ages five and up, this all-levels class blends breath work, standing and seated poses, and yogic philosophy into a flow that moves like a dance. Cindy Huston, an E-RYT instructor with 27 years of experience, leads the session and brings additional wellness insight. Bring your own mat and towel.
