Fall Exhibition Opening

The Smart Museum of Art opens its fall season with three exhibitions that take very different approaches to the world around us. teamLab: Everything Exists in Infinite Continuity traces the Tokyo-based collective’s 25-year arc of immersive digital installations about perception and consciousness. Nina Chanel Abney: Between Us is a new large-scale mural that borrows the visual language of childhood diagrams and educational charts, though the reassurances curdle the longer one looks. How Do We Heal? looks at how artworks have addressed trauma, grief, and the therapeutic process of making. The opening takes place Saturday, October 3, and is free and open to the public, with RSVP encouraged.
